Schoenherr Roofing just finished replacing our roof and we can honestly say the crew did a Great job!! It started with the estimate guy Dave Schafer who took a video on top of our roof and inside our attic, next Chad the project manager came out to go over project and sent us pictures throughput their work to show the progress! Didn’t expect that and was very pleased we could see what they were doing! Plus they covered ALL our landscaping, and we had a lot, as well as a Koi pond. Everything was protected. Took them 1 full day and by noon the next all was cleaned up, very efficient and done. Dave then came back to show us the before and after video to make sure we were satisfied. We were extremely satisfied! All I can say is quality is hard to find these days and following through on the quote without asking for more money was a blessing when your only on Social Security. From our hearts, THANK YOU❣️

From start to finish was nothing but a positive experience. Ben started our journey with helping with insurance and answering numerous phone calls and text from me. He was my initial point of contact and did an amazing job. Then Noah stepped in when everything was set up. He was prompt about coming out before the roofing job and explained everything that would happen. Noah definitely put my mind at ease. He was on point the day the job started and was prompt about checking the roof and gutters upon completion. The job went like clock work with Hecto and his crew. In one day he had my new roof on and my yard and driveway totally cleaned up. Ben and Noah did an amazing job and Schoenherr roofing definitely has quality employees working for them. I would highly recommended this company 100%. I love my new roof thank you!

My 1929 kit home needed a new roof and gutters, but I needed someone who would take great care in ensuring that everything was perfect. The team at Schoenherr Roofing did just that. Their process is so thorough that they don't quit until you are 100% satisfied. Even if something happens along the way (as something always does), they make it right!! I love the results and couldn't be happier with my choice.

If you want a great company to install your new roof make sure to call Schoenherr Roofing Company. The team that consulted with us was very professional, courteous, and informative every step of the way, thank you Dan. The installation crew, including Alex, were excellent, fast, precise, and they even went above and beyond the scope of the job by sweeping out my garage! Thank you all for making our experience hassle free.

Overall, we had a positive experience with our roof replacement, but a few issues kept it from being excellent. Scheduling was easy, the consultant was on time and prepared, and the quote and financing options were competitive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof quickly, even with two existing layers to remove. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time, which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning for work over 6 feet. The roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally.

Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Schoenherr Roofing! I had been struggling with a leaking roof for a while, and after several failed attempts by other contractors, I finally found someone who not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it with precision and professionalism. The issue turned out to be the chimney area, and instead of just patching things up, Caleb took the time to build a cricket around the chimney to divert water and prevent future leaks. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess or disruption to my daily routine. What really stood out was their clear communication and dedication to making sure everything was done right. They explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and took care to ensure that the repair would provide a long-lasting solution. Since the repair, I’ve had no further issues, even during heavy rainstorms. I can finally rest easy knowing my roof is in great shape! I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services—they are skilled, reliable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Thank you Caleb for saving my home from further damage!

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Schoenherr worked from dawn to dusk to complete the project in a very timely fashion. They came in $1090 under budget, having finished the whole job within one work day and three hours. They provided photos of the roof halfway through the project and at completion ? I would have appreciated a few 'before' photos, too. They provided a group text so that everyone involved could communicate and stay looped in. My only other quibble is that the finance person always neglected to cc my wife on emails, even though the home-improvement loan is in her name. Finally, after wrapping up the project, Schoenherr put everything in both yards back in place and cleaned the site really well. Sometimes it's worth paying a little bit more for quality service and execution. Sometimes, it's not even that much more!

Install or Repair a Roof
From beginning to end they follow up on everything and make sure the job is done correctly to their and the supplier's specifications. I honestly cannot say anything bad about our experience. They are very professional, honest, and hard working.
