Holly sits out in the far northwest corner of Oakland County, closer to Flint than to Detroit, about twenty-three miles from our Novi office. It's a bit of a drive, and yes, we come out here. Holly is a charming, historic town whose homes deserve quality siding work, and we make the trip worth it, with dependable scheduling, careful work, and a crew that comes prepared. As our closest office to the area, we can still get out for estimates and follow up after the job. Every exterior we install carries a 50-year warranty, backed by more than 30 years and over 6,000 Michigan homes.
Holly is one of those towns that feels frozen in the best possible way. Incorporated in 1865, it's built around a celebrated historic downtown, the Battle Alley district, lined with well-preserved brick, stone, and wood buildings from the late 1800s and early 1900s, in styles from Italianate to Queen Anne. The surrounding neighborhoods are full of Victorian and Colonial homes that give the town its nostalgic charm, and its annual Dickens Festival and other small-town celebrations are beloved local traditions that draw visitors from across the region.
Beyond the village, Holly Township spreads out with rural properties, lakes, and newer subdivisions, all within reach of the Holly State Recreation Area and its woods and trails. That mix of old village homes, lake places, and country homes is exactly the range of siding work we handle here, and each one asks for a slightly different approach and material.
Holly's older homes deserve careful hands. We re-side its Victorian and historic-district homes with attention to their detail and character, using durable modern materials that protect them for decades. On the area's lakes, we install siding rated for waterfront exposure. And on heavily wooded properties near the recreation area, we account for the leaves, sap, and debris that come with all those trees, installing siding that handles it and rinses clean.
Holly's location closer to Flint means real winters, with heavy snow and ice, so we install siding and weather barriers that seal tight against the freeze-thaw cycle. Whether your home is an old village house, a lake place, or a newer subdivision home, we build its exterior for the conditions out here.
For homes that take the full brunt of the weather, James Hardie fiber cement stands up especially well to wind, moisture, and hard winters, though quality vinyl is a solid choice too. We find where water is getting in, replace the failed siding, reflash the trouble spots, and finish the trim so your Holly home stays protected for years. We're glad to make the trip out, walk your property with you, and lay out what we'd recommend.
Being out this far doesn't change how we work. We come prepared, show up when we say we will, protect your property, keep the site clean, and stand behind every wall we install. Holly's historic homes and rural properties deserve the same quality and care as any other, and we're glad to bring it out here.

Not at all, we come out to Holly. It’s about twenty-three miles from our Novi office, our closest location to the area, and while it’s a bit of a drive, we make the trip worthwhile with quality materials, dependable scheduling, and a crew that arrives prepared. A charming, historic town like Holly deserves professional siding work, and we’re glad to provide it.
Yes. Holly’s historic core and its surrounding Victorian and Colonial homes have wonderful character, and we re-side them with careful attention to their detail and proportions. We preserve what makes these homes special while upgrading the walls to durable, low-maintenance siding, choosing materials and colors that suit the home’s era and the town’s nostalgic feel.
For a lake home, we use siding rated to handle the extra sun, wind, and moisture that come with being on the water, with quality vinyl and James Hardie fiber cement both good choices. Just as important, we make sure the weather barrier and flashing are done right on the water-facing walls, since that’s what really keeps a lakefront home protected over the long run.
It’s worth planning for. Holly sits closer to Flint and sees real winters, with heavy snow, ice, and hard freeze-thaw swings that stress an exterior. We install siding and weather barriers that seal tightly against that cycle, and both quality vinyl and fiber cement hold up well to northern-Michigan-style winters when installed properly. We can also pair the siding with added insulation for extra comfort.
Yes, both. In and around the village you’ll find historic homes with character, while Holly Township has newer subdivisions and rural properties, and we side all of them. Older homes often need worn siding and trim replaced with care, while newer homes usually call for upgrading tired builder-grade siding. We match the approach to the home.
Heavily wooded lots around Holly do drop a lot of leaves, sap, and debris, which can settle on siding and, over time, leave surface staining if it isn’t cleaned off. Quality vinyl and fiber cement resist that and rinse clean easily, so it stays a cosmetic issue rather than a lasting one. We install a well-sealed exterior and can point you toward easy upkeep that keeps a wooded-lot home looking sharp.
