I had the pleasure of meeting with David Davis recently and I truly appreciated his knowledge of the products, the company and their history and his ability to work around my specific needs and budget without sacrificing the best product.
I look forward to referring him to my friends and family.

Amazing experience start to finish. The service was top notch and I was updated through the entire process. I had multiple companies out for estimates, and Schoenherr was the best price and the best product. I would definitely recommend them for future work.

I’d give more stars, but 5 seems to be the limit.

From the time I first called to schedule an inspection of the roof until the work was completed and I was paying the bill, Schoenherr was nothing but professional.

Everyone went out of their way to make the entire job as easy on us as it could be. They handled everything perfectly, promptly and professionally.

The project manager Josh, was on top of everything that was happening and kept us updated throughout the entire process. As soon as there was anything to report he was in contact. I really appreciated the voluminous amount of photos I received. (Before, during and after)

The place was looking cleaner when they were done than it was before they started.

If only every contractor would be as easy to work with.

Schoenherr Roofing did a complete roof replacement on our house: 2,800 s.f. Colonial, 39 “squares,” in Troy, which was finished, on time, in 1.5 days.
From the materials delivery company, to the project manager’s (PM) pre-job contacts, to the on-site workers, everyone was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Although the noise WAS horrific, we knew it would be!!
The finished roof looks awesome. The PM did a post-job inspection the next day to address any remaining nails on the ground (not many), and picked up excess materials not used.
We are extremely satisfied with Schoenherr Roofing and would highly recommend them for a total roof replacement!

He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. I really appreciated his patience, communication, and how comfortable he made the whole experience. He did a great job, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I would definitely recommend him!

Overall, we had a positive experience with our roof replacement, but a few issues kept it from being excellent. Scheduling was easy, the consultant was on time and prepared, and the quote and financing options were competitive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof quickly, even with two existing layers to remove. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time, which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning for work over 6 feet. The roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally.

We recently had our roof replaced and I pleased to report that Schoenherr Roofing Company delivered a five-star performance. from the initial call with Amanda to schedule a meeting with Joe ,who thoroughly explained the entire process to my wife and me, the experience was seamless . Additionally, Korey, the project manager, kept us informed throughout the process providing regular updates, photos, and addressing all our questions. we will undoubtedly utilize their services again in the future for our siding needs. Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Schoenherr Roofing! I had been struggling with a leaking roof for a while, and after several failed attempts by other contractors, I finally found someone who not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it with precision and professionalism. The issue turned out to be the chimney area, and instead of just patching things up, Caleb took the time to build a cricket around the chimney to divert water and prevent future leaks. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess or disruption to my daily routine. What really stood out was their clear communication and dedication to making sure everything was done right. They explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and took care to ensure that the repair would provide a long-lasting solution. Since the repair, I’ve had no further issues, even during heavy rainstorms. I can finally rest easy knowing my roof is in great shape! I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services—they are skilled, reliable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Thank you Caleb for saving my home from further damage!

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Schoenherr worked from dawn to dusk to complete the project in a very timely fashion. They came in $1090 under budget, having finished the whole job within one work day and three hours. They provided photos of the roof halfway through the project and at completion ? I would have appreciated a few 'before' photos, too. They provided a group text so that everyone involved could communicate and stay looped in. My only other quibble is that the finance person always neglected to cc my wife on emails, even though the home-improvement loan is in her name. Finally, after wrapping up the project, Schoenherr put everything in both yards back in place and cleaned the site really well. Sometimes it's worth paying a little bit more for quality service and execution. Sometimes, it's not even that much more!
