Position Profile
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering a 5-star experience throughout the installation process—from project review, ordering materials, providing updates, and coordinating sign-offs and payment collection. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high quality. Responsibilities include coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing roofing jobs, as well as directing the crew foremen and meeting with customers or crews on-site when needed.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant residential construction experience (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Track record of successful project oversight, ideally in roofing or construction
- Proficient in CRM platforms like JobNimbus and other management tools
- Self-driven with a growth mindset and results-oriented approach
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide the Schoenherr Roofing 5-Star Customer Experience
Deliver the best home improvement experience a customer has ever had, from first contact to job completion, by building trust and demonstrating core values.
Quality Assurance
- Follow and enforce SOPs and manufacturer specifications on every job
- Ensure effective communication between foreman and customer
- Verify repairs are completed before assigning new jobs to crews if issues arise
Project Management
- Coordinate all aspects of roof replacements
- Pull permits, schedule inspections, and manage project closeout
- Order materials, create work orders, and arrange deliveries
- Schedule crews and oversee installations
- Maintain ongoing communication with the homeowner
- Ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and successful job closeout

Location and Schedule
- Location: In-person at main office
- Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: Phone remains on while foremen are working
- Additional: Available throughout the project for customers, crews, and suppliers
