Davisburg sits out in the countryside of northwest Oakland County, about twenty miles from our Novi office, and yes, we come out this way. It's a bit of a drive into rural, wooded country, and we make it worth the trip with dependable scheduling, careful work, and a crew that comes prepared. Being our closest office to the area, we can still get out for estimates and follow up after the job. Every exterior we install carries a 50-year warranty, backed by more than 30 years and over 6,000 Michigan homes. That track record matters out here, where a country home takes real weather and you want a company that stands behind its work. We come prepared for a rural property, and we treat a job twenty miles out with the same care as one next door. Homeowners across Springfield Township count on us to get the exterior right the first time.
Davisburg is a quiet, rural community in Springfield Township, out where the suburbs give way to woods, fields, and open country along the Dixie Highway corridor. It's a scenic area of country homes on wooded and rolling lots, small farms, and lakes tucked into the landscape, near Clarkston and the recreation land to the north. It's the kind of place people move to for space, trees, and a slower pace, and its homes reflect that country setting.
That rural, wooded character shapes the siding work we do here. Homes on wooded lots deal with shade, damp, and debris from all those trees, while homes on open acreage take wind and weather from every direction. Whether your home is a wooded country place, a small farm, or a lakeside home, we build its exterior for the conditions out here.
On a wooded Davisburg lot, all those trees keep walls shaded and damp and drop leaves, sap, and debris, so we install siding that resists moisture and rinses clean, and seal the walls to keep water out. On open country lots, we favor tough, durable materials that stand up to full wind and sun exposure. For a natural, wooded-country look, we offer cedar and shake-look profiles in warm, earthy colors that blend a home into its surroundings.
Many Davisburg properties come with a pole barn, workshop, or other outbuildings, and we can side those to match the house so the whole place looks pulled-together. And on homes near one of the area's lakes, we install materials rated for waterfront exposure. Whatever the home, we favor materials like James Hardie fiber cement that hold up to country conditions, and we find where water is getting in, replace the failed siding, reflash the trouble spots, and finish the trim so it stays protected for years.
Being out this far doesn't change how we work. We come prepared, show up when we say we will, protect your property and grounds, keep the site clean, and stand behind every wall we install. Davisburg's country homes deserve the same quality and care as any other, and we're glad to bring it out here, whether you're on a wooded lot, a small farm, or by the water.

Yes, we come out to Davisburg. It’s about twenty miles from our Novi office, our closest location to the area, and while it’s a bit of a drive into rural, wooded country, we make the trip worthwhile with quality materials, dependable scheduling, and a crew that arrives prepared. A country community like Davisburg deserves professional siding work, and we’re glad to provide it.
Wooded country lots bring shade, damp, and a steady drop of leaves, sap, and debris, all of which are hard on siding that isn’t built for it, while more open lots take full wind and sun. We install durable, moisture-resistant materials that rinse clean easily, seal the walls well, and hold up to whatever the setting throws at them. Both quality vinyl and fiber cement perform well in wooded, country conditions.
Yes. Davisburg’s country homes have a rustic, natural character that’s worth keeping, and we re-side them with materials and colors that suit that setting, warm, earthy tones and cedar or shake-look profiles that fit a wooded, country home. We preserve the home’s character while upgrading the walls to durable, low-maintenance protection.
Yes, and doing them alongside the house makes sense out here. Many Davisburg properties have a pole barn, workshop, garage, or other outbuildings, and we can side them in coordinated, durable materials so everything matches the home and stays protected. Since we’re making the trip out, handling the outbuildings in the same project saves time and gives your property a finished look.
It can. Homes near the lakes tucked into the Davisburg area sit in more moisture and take extra sun and wind off the water, especially on the lake-facing walls, which is harder on siding and trim. We install materials rated for that waterfront exposure and seal and flash the walls carefully so a lakeside home stays well-protected against the damp and weather.
A natural, wooded-country look suits Davisburg beautifully, and modern siding makes it easy. Cedar and shake-look profiles, along with warm, earthy color palettes, give a home that rustic character without the upkeep of real wood, and in vinyl or fiber cement they hold up for decades. We’ll help you choose profiles and colors that blend your home into its wooded, country surroundings.
