Schoenherr roofing was well represented by Nate, who found issues in my attic, prior to quoting, ghen found another issue during installation and took care of that without additional cost. Nate was professional in the whole process from beginning to end both in communicating and his knowledge, the roofing crew did an amazing job protecting home and shrubs from damage, finishing entire project in one day including complete clean up.

I love my new roof! The efficient, professional crew completed my 2,000 S.F. ranch home in just one day.

A special thank you to Noah S, my project manager, for being thorough, responsive, and true to his word. He promptly addressed two changes I had, one was the same day and the other one was fixed within three days. He was with me through the whole project beginning to end. Always answered his phone, always showed up.

I also appreciate, Nathaniel, my salesperson, for pointing out important roof/attic details I hadn’t noticed.

Schoenherr Roofing kept me informed with emails and texts throughout the process from day one. Communication is on point.

I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing Services! David Schafer was excellent from start to finish. He made the estimating process easy and stress-free while taking the time to answer all of my questions. His expertise, professionalism, and informative videos gave me confidence in the entire process. If you're looking for an honest and knowledgeable roof assessment, David is the person to call. 10/10, highly recommended!

I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing. Working with Matthew Brown and Chad Hulcy has been extremely satisfying. They have been informative, honest, and clear about everything needed for our roof repairs after it was damaged in a storm.

Overall, we had a positive experience with our roof replacement, but a few issues kept it from being excellent. Scheduling was easy, the consultant was on time and prepared, and the quote and financing options were competitive. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof quickly, even with two existing layers to remove. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time, which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning for work over 6 feet. The roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally.

We recently had our roof replaced and I pleased to report that Schoenherr Roofing Company delivered a five-star performance. from the initial call with Amanda to schedule a meeting with Joe ,who thoroughly explained the entire process to my wife and me, the experience was seamless . Additionally, Korey, the project manager, kept us informed throughout the process providing regular updates, photos, and addressing all our questions. we will undoubtedly utilize their services again in the future for our siding needs. Absolutely thrilled with the work done by Schoenherr Roofing! I had been struggling with a leaking roof for a while, and after several failed attempts by other contractors, I finally found someone who not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it with precision and professionalism. The issue turned out to be the chimney area, and instead of just patching things up, Caleb took the time to build a cricket around the chimney to divert water and prevent future leaks. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the work was completed efficiently without any mess or disruption to my daily routine. What really stood out was their clear communication and dedication to making sure everything was done right. They explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and took care to ensure that the repair would provide a long-lasting solution. Since the repair, I’ve had no further issues, even during heavy rainstorms. I can finally rest easy knowing my roof is in great shape! I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing for anyone in need of roofing services—they are skilled, reliable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Thank you Caleb for saving my home from further damage!

Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Schoenherr worked from dawn to dusk to complete the project in a very timely fashion. They came in $1090 under budget, having finished the whole job within one work day and three hours. They provided photos of the roof halfway through the project and at completion ? I would have appreciated a few 'before' photos, too. They provided a group text so that everyone involved could communicate and stay looped in. My only other quibble is that the finance person always neglected to cc my wife on emails, even though the home-improvement loan is in her name. Finally, after wrapping up the project, Schoenherr put everything in both yards back in place and cleaned the site really well. Sometimes it's worth paying a little bit more for quality service and execution. Sometimes, it's not even that much more!

From beginning to end they follow up on everything and make sure the job is done correctly to their and the supplier's specifications. I honestly cannot say anything bad about our experience. They are very professional, honest, and hard working.
