OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning on February 27, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST through December 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Prize Period”), enter by any of the following methods:

(a) Home Show / Event Entry: Visit a Schoenherr Roofing booth at any participating home show, trade show, or community event during the Prize Period, complete an official paper entry form, and deposit it in the designated entry box at the booth. The entry form requires the entrant to select one (1) product preference from the following options: roofing, siding, or windows. This product selection is for informational purposes only and does not limit the prize awarded to the winner.

(b) Online Entry: Log on to www.schoenherrroofing.com/giveaway and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form.

(c) Home Improvement Appointment: Participate in a scheduled home improvement estimate or consultation with Schoenherr Roofing during the Prize Period.

(d) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Print your name, complete address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card, write the words “Schoenherr Roofing $25,000 Home Makeover Giveaway Entry” at the top, and indicate your product preference (roofing, siding, or windows). Mail the card to: Schoenherr Roofing, 102 W St Clair St, Romeo, MI 48065, postmarked by December 15, 2026 (“Qualifying Entry”).

No more than one (1) Qualifying Entry per household per entry method per event is permitted. An individual may enter at multiple home show events during the Prize Period, but is limited to one (1) entry per household per event. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. The address listed on the Qualifying Entry must be the address where the grand prize is to be installed. By entering this Giveaway, the entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Giveaway is open to natural persons who are: (a) legal residents of the State of Michigan; (b) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; (c) owners of their own home, which is in a suitable condition (as determined by Schoenherr Roofing or its designees) for installation of the prize (including, for example, no water damage, mold, structural damage, and compliant with local building codes and regulations); and (d) residents in a geographic area in which Schoenherr Roofing is permitted and able to install the prize at the grand prize winner’s location. This Giveaway is open to all Michigan homeowners. Service area eligibility can be confirmed by visiting www.schoenherrroofing.com.

Employees, officers, and directors of Schoenherr Roofing (“Sponsor”), and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, spouses, and life partners of each, regardless of where they live) and members of the households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win any prize. By entering this Giveaway, participants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that they satisfy all eligibility requirements. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize is awarded, and Sponsor reserves the sole right to determine eligibility. Void where prohibited.

DRAWING:

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about December 20, 2026 to select the winner from among all Qualifying Entries received during the Prize Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Qualifying Entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by phone and additionally sent written prize notification correspondence. The potential winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the date on the prize notification correspondence, as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Official Rules. If the potential winner fails to respond within the applicable time period or if the potential winner is otherwise deemed ineligible by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing, following the same procedure as with the initial drawing.

GRAND PRIZE:

The grand prize winner will receive their selection of Schoenherr Roofing’s roofing, siding, or window services, professionally installed, with a total maximum retail value of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), as determined by Schoenherr Roofing based on its then-current price list. The maximum retail value includes the cost of materials, labor, and installation. The product preference indicated on the entry form is for informational purposes; the grand prize winner may select any qualifying combination of roofing, siding, and/or window services up to the maximum retail value at the time of award.

The grand prize must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. The grand prize winner must arrange for prize installation no later than ninety (90) days following the award of the grand prize, subject to weather and scheduling availability. Installation must be provided by Schoenherr Roofing personnel or its designated subcontractors. All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. Any waterproofing, remediation, structural repairs, or other work necessary for proper installation (as determined by Schoenherr Roofing in its sole discretion) must be performed at the grand prize winner’s expense prior to installation. Installation labor does not include painting, staining, interior finishing, or landscaping restoration beyond Schoenherr Roofing’s standard cleanup process.

Acceptance of the prize may require entering into a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by applicable state law.

EXISTING CUSTOMER CREDIT-BACK OPTION:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, if the grand prize winner has already purchased roofing, siding, window, gutter, or insulation services from Schoenherr Roofing during the 2026 calendar year (defined as January 1, 2026 through December 15, 2026), the grand prize winner may choose one of the following:

(i) The Grand Prize as described above (roofing, siding, or windows, professionally installed, up to $25,000 retail value); OR

(ii) A credit or refund equal to the total amount paid by the winner for their original 2026 Schoenherr Roofing purchase, up to a maximum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). The credit-back will be issued in the form of a check mailed to the winner’s address on file within sixty (60) days of prize acceptance and verification. The credit-back amount shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the winner for the qualifying purchase, inclusive of taxes and fees, and shall be calculated based on Schoenherr Roofing’s records.

To qualify for the credit-back option, the winner’s original purchase must have been a completed project with full payment received by Schoenherr Roofing prior to the drawing date. Projects that are in dispute, subject to warranty claims, or for which payment has not been received in full do not qualify for the credit-back option.

No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Upon installation of the grand prize (or issuance of the credit-back, if applicable), Schoenherr Roofing will be deemed to have awarded the grand prize to the grand prize winner, with the grand prize winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the grand prize. By entering this Giveaway, entrants waive all rights to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway; any loss or damage to paper entry forms after submission, including but not limited to damage caused by weather, handling, or transport; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prizes.

If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this Giveaway in any manner without notice. In the event of termination, the winner will be selected from among all Qualifying Entries received as of the date of termination. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the home at the address listed on the entry is titled.

TAXES:

THE PRIZE TO THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THEY SUBMIT TO SPONSOR ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY SPONSOR TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL, AND LOCAL TAX REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL TAXES IMPOSED ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

In order to receive a prize, the potential winner must submit all tax documentation requested by Sponsor or otherwise required by applicable law, to Sponsor or a representative of Sponsor or the relevant tax authority, all as determined by applicable law. The prize winner is responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable tax laws and filing requirements. If a potential winner fails to provide such documentation or comply with such laws, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the grand prize winner reflecting the retail value of the prize awarded, whether the winner selects the grand prize installation or the credit-back option.

CONSENT TO CONTACT:

By submitting an entry form, which the entrant agrees constitutes their signature, the entrant consents to receive recurring informational and promotional calls, text messages, and emails from Schoenherr Roofing, including by automated technology or prerecorded voice. The entrant understands that consent is not required for purchase and that they can opt out at any time, including (for texts) by replying “STOP” or by calling 248-678-8141. The entrant understands any Schoenherr Roofing calls may be recorded. Schoenherr Roofing collects certain categories of personal information and uses this information in various ways, including order fulfillment, providing product information and services, and contacting entrants regarding their product interest as indicated on the entry form, as further described in the Privacy Policy at www.schoenherrroofing.com/privacy-policy.

PRODUCT SELECTION DISCLOSURE:

Each entry form requires the entrant to indicate a product preference (roofing, siding, or windows). This selection is used by Schoenherr Roofing for informational and marketing purposes, including to contact entrants about products and services related to their indicated interest. The product selection does not constitute a commitment by the entrant to purchase any product or service, nor does it limit or define the prize to be awarded to the grand prize winner. By indicating a product preference and providing contact information, the entrant acknowledges and consents to being contacted by Schoenherr Roofing regarding the selected product category.

JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.

By entering this Giveaway, you further agree: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and any other damages other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy on Sponsor’s website at www.schoenherrroofing.com/privacy-policy. To stop the mailing of future sweepstakes-related materials from Schoenherr Roofing, please send a written request to the address below. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness (including in photographs and video), and biographical information for advertising, promotional, or publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media, the Schoenherr Roofing website, print materials, and video content, without further compensation or additional right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

WINNER LIST:

For a list of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following the Prize Period to Schoenherr Roofing at the address below requesting the winner’s name.

1. Prize Period Dates: Start date is February 27, 2026 and end date is December 15, 2026. Attorney should confirm these dates are appropriate and that there are no state registration deadlines that need to be met before the start date.

2. Drawing Date: Drawing is set for December 20, 2026. Attorney should confirm this provides adequate time after the entry period closes (5 days) and advise whether this will be a public or private event.

3. Credit-Back Mechanic: This is the most unique element. Attorney should review whether the credit-back option creates any additional tax, consumer protection, or promotional law implications. Specifically: does offering a refund of up to $25K change the classification from a sweepstakes prize to something else? How should financing be handled if the customer financed their purchase?

4. Multiple Entries Across Shows: We allow one entry per household per event, but entrants CAN enter at multiple shows. Attorney should confirm this is compliant and whether it creates any issues with the “one entry per household” standard.

5. Product Selection Language: We require entrants to select a product preference (roofing, siding, windows) on the entry form. This is used for marketing follow-up. Attorney should review the consent/disclosure language to ensure compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Michigan consumer protection laws.

6. Service Area / Eligibility: Eligibility is open to all Michigan homeowners. Attorney should confirm whether this creates any issues if the winner lives in an area where Schoenherr does not currently have crews or operations (e.g., Upper Peninsula). Consider whether a clause is needed reserving the right to determine installation feasibility.

7. Michigan-Only Eligibility: This draft limits eligibility to Michigan residents only. If any home shows draw attendees from Ohio, Indiana, etc., attorney should advise whether additional disclosures or a narrower geographic definition is needed.

8. Mail-In Entry: Required as an alternative entry method in most jurisdictions. Attorney should confirm the specific requirements for Michigan.

9. Tax Reporting: For prizes valued above $600, an IRS Form 1099-MISC is required. Confirm the reporting obligations for both the installation prize and the credit-back option.

10. Mailing Address: Business address is set as 102 W St Clair St, Romeo, MI 48065. Attorney should confirm this is the appropriate address for mail-in entries and winner list requests.

11. Insurance / Bonding: Attorney should advise whether Schoenherr Roofing needs sweepstakes bonding or registration in Michigan for a $25,000 prize value.
